Homecoming weekend kicks off Saturday, March 22, 2025 with the 48th Holyoke St. Patrick’s Road Race and the 72nd Holyoke St. Patrick’s Parade on Sunday, March 23rd, 2025. On January 4, 2025 the St. Patrick’s Committee of Holyoke held its annual Grand Colleen Pageant. Nine young women from South Hadley and Holyoke competed to become the Holyoke Grand Colleen finalists. The application requirements are that the young women must be single (never having been married or Holyoke Mayor Joshua Garcia waves at Parade Attendees during the 2024 St. Patricks Day Parade.
